Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Respected sir / madam I was covid postive on may 1..i got steriods on home quarantive from day 9-13 ( medrol8 mg for 5 days) on doctors advise.. I had sinus issues since covid started.. Loss of smell taste... Now I have all symptoms reg black fungus.. Tooth pain.. Eye pain.. And nose block.. I got nose bleed for 2 days when I took mucus in tissue it was 2 drops of blood.. I took mri ct and endoscopy also.. The doctor who examined my endoscopy yesterday told he have some doubts regarding certain areas.. We will wait and watch every week like that. I am attaching all reports.. Pls advise about endoscopy findings and can a normal sinus issue can also cause the above mentioned symptoms . Pls help

It's been 4 months I have done 4 times endoscopy and first time it was acid reflux and now the endoscopy report showing normal but right side throat irritation, discomfort and sometimes jaw bone pain irritating me last 4 months. I have also done X ray reverse Towne View digital for elongated Styloid Process check up but after doctor examination this X ray plate .. doctor saying a little bit bone is long.. not much longer . What should I do now? Please suggest me? Now I am taking Gabaneuron NT100 Half twice in a day.. Should I go for CT Neck? But I already did a digital X ray it's gonna effect in my CT..I mean I am little scare of radiation... please doctor reply.. advance thanks and love ❤️.

Hi Team I am not able to swallow my saliva easily and I feel always feel my throat tightness. It has been almost a year following low fat diet. I was on medication for 5 months with acid reflux PPI's but still this problem I am not able to over come. Have attached my endoscopic reports too. To whom I need to visit to solve this issue. Hi, i have used1.mosiba tablets and 2. lox viscous 2% for right arytenoid ulcer for 10 days and again visited doctor for check up. The ulcer did not healed its still the same so now doctor has prescribed 1. Mosiba tablet and 2. Rebagen tablet for 10 days. Could you please suggest me how long does it takes to cure this ulcer. I figure it out that I stay normal throughout the day but after a sleep at night when I wake up in morning I feel cough comes from nasal to my throat and when I start teeth brushing it start having a running nose and sneezing and all this stays for few hours before everything gets normal. I visited homeopathy doctor he told me something about my nose bone and tonsils too but his medication didn't suit me so I stopped using it. Is it I'm suffering from sinsus or so ?

I had a fever which got recovered on April 21st. After that I had lungs infection from which I recovered within a week. From 23 may there is a slight swelling in the cheek ...any possible reason for this??
