Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi sir/mam.,myself ramya .. feeling a little bulge inside my left nostril.. followed by little block and head weightness and pain... could I take fluticone for this...or should I go with ent specialist...

It started with a buzzing sound only for small time at night but it kept getting louder and for longer duration, now I can hear it all the time.It making difficult to do any thing. I am not able to sleep. It is only in my left year.

Sir. Iam infected with covid. And after 8 days get negative.. May 19th get negative. 1month completed. Is there any chances to get black fungus. Iam fearing about black fungus sir?

So I have these white patches on my oropharynx wall, i don't know why these happened, in 2019 i had acidity issue fr a mnth, after 1-2 mnth i had continuous cough fr a mnth, after that tinnitus also showed up after sometime. Recently my sputum culture has showed k pneumonia heavy growth. I had taken ceftum 500 twice a day for last 5 days and that course is complete. I have few questions now.. 1. Is this granular pharyngitis treatable? 2. I am habituated with my tinnitus now, but 1 thing i noticed pitch increases when i press my tmj/mastoid. 3. When i get hiccup also the tinnitus increases for a while(1-2 sec). 4. Can this tinnitus be caused because of this pharyngitis or anything?(brain mri was done all was normal). 5. I have post nasal drip mostly(also my ige level is 440). Right now m on a course of decet od for 21 days because of high esionophils. Please advice. And is this anything serious?

Pain  when having food default to swallow in throat and fever also I'm facing problem because of this

I am having sensorineural heaeing loss since last 16 years following a disease and intake of inj streptomycin/amikacin.. before that hearing was normal. now with hearing aids alao , problem exists and degree of loss progressed since the beginning.. audiologist has suggested that apart from the hearing aid, to strengthen the ear nerve, and to reduce further worsening,, vitamins  and antioxidants should be taken as per doctor advice... now which vitamin antioxidant to take ... please suggest
