Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am a TB patient with no major symptoms and currently under medication since Mar'21. I have taken my 1st dose of covid vaccine past Friday  and since that day I've started to feel a sudden acute pain in my ear. The pain is very acute but it feels like a needle pin. The pain feels in ear and jaw line just below my ear. Is this normal due to vaccine and the pain will be gone or shall I consult the doctor for this? I waited for more than 48 hrs post vaccine to see if the pain will go or not but its still there.

Actually I am some indigestion problem from many year and the water somes after 2-3 hours of having food it comes like feel of acidic and it is from past few months and now I feel like something is stuck in throat and try to clear throat constantly and it pains while drinking water. I watched today while opening my mouth by the entering of the throat there's a small Dana white. What to do...

I have never had covid as all if my tests came back negative. I had a MRI and cT all other my sinuses are ok only problem was Mild right sided posterior ethmoid sinusitis without any bony erosion

The edge of my finger nail touched the inside wall of my nostrils.Then there was tiny red veins visible (redness).There was no cut or bleeding.Can this thing lead to black fungus? I am a 20 year old Home isolation recovered non diabetic had COVID in April around 11 April.Took medicines Azithromycin 5days budamate 200 mcg inhaler 5 days and multivitamins. As 6 weeks after  my COVID recovery have completed can I get out of this black fungus anxiety now?

Ear pain, blocked sensation in ear, white blisters on inner ear, white blisters visible when viewed externally

Hi, Yesterday I was eating chapati and a part of it got stuck in throat. I tried coughing it out and having rice to make it go down but I still feel a pain on right side of throat while swallowing. I tired gargle but that poking pain is there when I swallow. It's very annoying. Please help as in lockdown it's difficult to go out.

Currently I'm diagnosed with impacted ear wax , Do impacted ear wax cause pain ?? Whole neck area is stiff and heavy Bcoz of that, I'm taking painkillers , 9 yrs ago I had ear operation for keratosis obuturan , is it possible of it can reoccur?

If MRI PNS with contrast is negative, is it still advised to preform koh preparation test to rule out mucormycosis/fungal infections? Does PNS MRI not catch the infection in early stages?
