Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hello, I have Mild disk bulge in C5-C7 and L5-S1. I did MRI scan for that. From that day onset I started ringing in ears due to.MRI sound because technician just provide me single foam cushion for protection of Ears from MRI sound. At start my ear pains after some days ear pain gone. But, My ear Ringing (tinnitus) continue 24/7. I also feeling sensitive of sound. Ears feeling full and clogged sometimes. Feeling like some tightness at both ears. I am taking Ayurvedic Medicines now. Someone suggest me Cognix plus or Goonj forte (allopathic) Can I take Cognix Plus or Goonj forte with Ayurvedic Medicines simultaneously. Please, Clarify this. I am feeling whispering sound in right ear . When I am busy in work I don't feel any sound , but at night I feel whispering sound in right ear

My husband got vaccinated(covaxin) on June 3rd and He is having mild throat pain only on left side of throat since 2 days. Is it anything related to vaccine ? And can he use any anti biotic(in case of severity in pain) today  June 9th?

Hello Doctor, I have been suffering with continuous cold for the last few months. When I consulted the doctor, upon examining the nose, he has prescribed Levocet tablets for a week. But still I am catching cold every alternate day. If I take Levocet in the night, the next day completely I feel normal but on the following day again I am catching cold with continuous sneezes. Can I continue to take Levocet tablet everyday and also I have my Covishield vaccine scheduled for day after tomorrow, can I take the vaccine now. Please suggest. Thanks.

Upper part and inside my nose, i am having itching for which i am often using local cold cream. again after it gets started. it is happening since last one year. pl tell me the solution. local doctor advised me to use saline water. but no result.

Hello, My husband took the first dose of Covishield on 4th of this month. He had fever weaknesses & headache that lasted 2 days. He took 3 pills of Paracetamol Calpol 650. But since the 3rd day from the shot he had difficulty eating due to irritation inside the mouth. When I look inside I found some red pinkish small dots/bumps on the roof of the mouth (Pictures attached). We immediately check on internet for its connection to covid vaccine. And there are some connections. He doesn't have any other symptoms, no weakness right now. Every other things are regular as usual. But to be sure can I get some suggestions?

I had recovered from covid in last month. I also have allergy and I sneeze a lot. I am taking monelukast for the same. It stops after taking the medicine but occasional itching and discharge is there. Today I saw some blood (not much). Is there something to worry about?
