Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

What are treatment of nasal polyps and to whom I have to consult. Due to Nasal polyps, getting continues running nose and sneezing.

I am having dry cough since 5 years. My IGE ranges between 200-400 Have shown many doctors but they just give inhalers which doesn't help me. It's not a case of acid reflux. I have allergy with cockroaches, paper dust, and few more But even if i am away from such stuffs, i do have cough I don't know what is the reason, sometimes it increases while sometimes it decreases. I have tried steroids, many inhalers like aerocort, flomist nasal spray, foracort, montair LC. Bronchoscopy also didn't show anything The cough is continuous since last 5 years. But strange thing is i never cough while sleeping. Please help

Tightening sensation below jaw area. Feels like tightness in the throat however no pain in swallowing. This is affecting my day to day routine. Please help.

It has been 1 month since my mother (age 56) has recovered from Covid. She has mild cough and congestion in nose due to sinus. She has been recommended Budamate 400 mg with Lupihaler. I read on the internet that Budamate 400 is a combination of two medicines: Formoterol and Budesonide. Budesonide is a steroid. I want to know how safe is it to use this inhaler twice daily for 7 days, specially during this time when we are told to minimise the use of steroids and antibiotics.

Its been more than a month, I've been facing pain in throat back area, feeling like drinking or eating something, such that the food passing through the throat makes me feel better, which is temporary relief. I looked through the mirror, there is no swelling like tonsils, but there are white spots on the back end part of the throat, exactly where I am feeling the pain and irritation, which also often causes pain in ears. Please tell me what I can do?

I have slight heavy voice from 1 week not even noticable. Actually I do not feel my voice is little heavy but two or three people tell me over phone. I do not have cough. I sometimes need to clean ny voice. I do not have sore throat or pain in throat. Sometimes I have runny nose espcially when  I sweat too much. I do not have any irritation in my throat. I do not even feel I have heavy voice. However, now they are saying my voice is much clear than before. Is it something serious? Please guide.

From past 3 days i am having dry throat for sometimes in a day. Please advise. No other symptoms. I am having Bp and taking Telma LN 40 on morning.

For 10 days I have experiencing a fever and a severe sore throat and great fatigue.  It's very severe at night, why is this? Doctor pls prescribe some antibiotics for throat pain? It's getting worse day by day?

Hi sir, My father is suffering from cold every now and then for a month and half now ( 10 -15 after second dose of vacvination). Its been 2 months since my father  got his second dose of vaccination. Based on the advice of the doctor he used RELIVOL CZ  and VITARESP FX for 3 days (morning and evening) and leo cetin and cetrizine  before consulting the doctor. Cold got controlled for a week and after that  it was back as before. He also took a covid test(RT-PCR) and the result was negative. Please suggest us how to proceed further and what are the medicines or tests need to be taken?
