Ear piercing shud be done in an aseptic precautions..so according to ur complaints..it got infected..u can use t-bact or neosporin ointment as topical application...nd it's better to start a course of antibiotics also...

Tab.aceclo sp . Half tab thice daily for 5 days
Tab.pan half tab once daily for 5 days
Remove the ear ornaments immediately.
