Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My small brother is suffering from throat infection or allergic from past 1 to 2 years. It usually gets worsen when he eats cold related things or sometimes salty things. Please let me know which disease is this. Is this tonsillar hypertrophy or anything else.

I caught cold (maybe Covid) back on 25 April 2020. It was cold Symptoms no fever. Cold was getting better by 4tu may but on 5th or 6th I noticed I could not smell. Altered smell. There was heavy strange sensation on nose. I went to doctor they prescribed antibiotics (Azithromycin) and discongestent and multi vitamins for 5 days. It did not help. Anyway, on 14th I developed post viral symptoms muscle ache. Which gets better within few days. I never lost taste, salt, sugar and sour. But I could not tell what o aas eating. My taste has improved slightly back on 30th May. I can tell isolated food, such as mango, cardamom, and litchi. I get mild taste in dal and sabji. Smell is not returning well. I need to sniff things closer to nose, such as deodrant. Strong smells I can smell when bring closer. Sometimes I feel mild heavyness)tightness around nostril during the day. Should I go to ENT ? I have heard they have spray and medicine to make the recovery fast.

I am having itching inside the throat and the throat has red spots since 5-6 months.I am also having reddish colour on sides of tongue, and it  pains.I visited a general physician.He prescribed me anti-allergic tables "Jecfen-M"(montelukast and fexofenidine as constituents) and" V-flow" tablets.But still its not getting better.

I need to remove wax from my ears and ear cleaning also. Please suggest me the good physician available near nizampet,hyderabad

Greetings of the day I have one nostril blocked and other free. I m Facing difficulty while breathing through one nostril meanwhile other one is normal. I have no cold. Not effected be covid-19 recently

I have dry cough in night when i start AC after cold room i have dry throat and i feel like choking throat and dry cough.it 2 months of dry cough

I recovered from covid under self isolation and medication 1 MONTH BACK. CAN I SMOKE AS IT IS TEMPTING. ALSO ADVICE THE NUMBER OF CIGARETTE TO BE CONFINED
