Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Is the upper part of the mouth showing any sign of black fungus? Just bit worried I need to know if it is the early signs of it

Is the appearance of new red veins in eyes, that don't go away after 10 days, with no bulge, swelling, redness or pain an early symptom of fungal infection? Can sinusitis occur without congestion or stuffiness of nose and throat?

For the last about 40 days I have a severe pain while chewing just below the left ear and inside where the tongue ends. Pain starts from the base of the jaw and goes till the back of the left ear. I was prescribed Cefakind 500 by an ENT Doctor. I took it and the pain was temporarily reduced upto 70% but then it came back with full force after about 4 days. I was then prescribed Ciplox 500 for 5 days but the pain remains as it is. Kindly guide. Also there is mucous in the throat for the past about 4 months which refuses to go away. I was prescribed Bromhexin. I have been taking it for the past 15 days but the mucous is not going away. All my reports have come out to be normal- the Covid -19 was -ve, HTCT was nil/25, D- dimer was ok but I am still attaching herewith these reports.

Hello Dr. Today early morning 4AM start runny nose and stopped after removing the mucus in my nose. Im a post covid, its been 32 days. I have given the CDC test, for reference im attaching here. My mother is continuously facing some irritation in her throat from past few months. She always feels like something is there in her throat which makes her cough and sometimes very rare though, faces difficulty in breathing.  Could you please suggest some cure for this ? or is there any test required ?

I am having nose blockage problem from last week, for every 3 to 4 hours my nose will be blocked, I am using Nasal drops/spray for temporarily Relief.I took Levociz M tablets (1-0-1) for 3 days, but the blockage problem still exists. How fast do symptoms of mucormycosis progress in non diabetics/well controlled glucose patients without treatment? If someone has experienced mild symptoms and they have remained unchanged in severity for 10 days does it mean they are still infected with fungus?
