Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My right ear is blocked from few days and in night I have pain. It causes irritation and I am uncomfortable to listen.

Hi, I got Covishield vaccine 7 days ago. Since last 3 days i am finding my nostrils are very dry. Also in left nostril some uneasiness and a bit pain feeling which readiates to head (over left eye area). I am taking Allegra 180 - 1 tablet daily for my skin allergy. This nostril/head pain do not go away with Paracetamol and Ibrufen also. Taking steam gives a bit help but for very less time only.

Hi, I used furamist nasal spray after using this I got throat pain, dry cough, now I don't even can smell anything(loss of smell), no taste only salt and sugar I can found taste,very tried, chest heavyness, what to do now???

I am having mild to moderate nasal congestion for almost 1 month along with some mucus in my throat. I went for CT PNS. Major findings were: 1) Nasal septum deviation towards the left. Small bony spur is noted. 2)Left sided concha bullosa is seen. 3)Paranasal sinuses appear normal. 4)No haller cells. No Onodi cells. 5) Bilateral inferior turbinate hypertrophy is seen. Rest all findings were normal. Please suggest me treatment for the same.

I have white pimple like spot on my left tonsil since 2 days. No other symptoms. Is it something serious? What should I do?

Hi Doctor's what are chances of Covid 19 patients who have recovered in home isolation getting infected with black fungus who don't have HYPERTENSION,DIABETICS and not taken any steriods ? And should we keep on taking vitamin C , zinc and Vitamin D tablets ? For for long ? Thanks.
