How many weeks after steroid use is one at risk of developing mucormycosis/secondary infection and should take extra precautions?

Since yesterday, I am having extreme throat pain, difficulty in swallowing and cough in the throat. I am unable to go for a checkup due to a lockdown impose.

I have took 1st dose of vaccine 7 days ago that same day night image slept on same side which I took vaccine on the same hand due to that next day morning I had a left side face like jaw line and chin muscle tightness feel there is no pain just a tightness  now it's a week the same feel I had I did some mouth exercise but still it's not went off. On that night I had some dreams felt like my heart tightness and felt like had high blood pressure that's it This muscle tightness issue suddenly occurs after that very next day

Apart from PNS MRI, are there any other tests to rule out mucormycosis in earliest stages, such as fluid or tissue sample test, if so who to approach for conducting them?

I have a facial pains ,so doctor suggested to take MRI . I will attach the photos please let me know is this normal

I have recovered from Covid. My doctor prescribed steroid nasal spray for allergic rhinitis for 15 days. Will it reduce my immunity? Increase my chance for other infection. I had mild covid infection and didn't take any steroids.

Which test is best and secure for finding Elongated Styloid Process? And also right side Throat discomfort.
