Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am a covid recovered tested positive on April 15th symptoms from 11th and tested negative on May 3rd. I am non diabetic and took steroids as part of treatment hardly 120mg throughout my course. I approached an ENT doctor doubting any signs of mucormycosis did Nasal & throat endoscopy as I have a one sided blocked nose facial pain findings are slight Left DNS & turbinate hypertrophy. Few days back I had a CT PNS scan too with Same DNS finding & normal turbinates & mild Mucosal thickening in left maxillary sinus does this any sign of black fungus Please explain. Thanks

I'm having severe throat pain.. it's difficult to swallow any food.. I'm doing gargle with betadine solution.. Is there any medicine for throat pain... I'm also taking azithromycin 500mg

I have sinusitis issue since last 2 years. Since last 2 months I am having on and off Episodes of stuffy nose due to sleeping in Ac and environmental dust. Regularly I am having crusty nose which I have to clear our every Morning. No pain, congestion feeling or post nasal drip. Just crusty nose every morning. I am worried if I am developing some fungal infection form of Sinus. Please help. Crust colour is mostly white/grey. No history of covid, diabetese or steroids intake. Was on antibiotics treats for sinus in may first week for 7 days. Took Cefuroxime Zyvidol and chemoral forte tabs.

2 weeks back I felt an right ear block so I visited near by ENT and she prescribed antibiotics for 5 days and then cold meds. However I didn't feel any relief. So I have visited my family Doc , he's prescribed few antibiotics and asked me to continue for another 5 days. The ENT asked me to get an audiometer test which came normal. After 15 days as well I still feel my right ear being blocked. There's no relief. It feels that it's blocked when I eat , laugh . It's affecting me very much. What has to be done please help to relive this .

Mom's WBC are less (3700) Neutrophils:1890 Lymphocytes: 1550 HBA1C: 7.6 Current sugars: 110/140 fbs/ppbs from 2 weeks. (Brought her sugar under control from past 2 weeks) Days after covid recovery: 47 Symptoms: None Added her report for reference. Risk of mucormycosis? Many days have passed and sugars are in control but low WBC is concerning me

Hi dr I noticed this white thing above my tonsil in my mouth I can feel it with my tongue it's hard like food stuck I tried to remove with toothpick but not coming out Is it tonsil stones ? Or just debris caused due to unhygienic mouth or food particles ? It's there since many days so I don't think it's food It's been there for the longest time I visited an ent 3 weeks ago for acidity issues and he checked my mouth, I'm sure he must have noticed this as he checked me thoroughly he did not say anything What is this dr I'm scared Is it stone ? It doesn't cause me any trouble I do have mild cold almost always Is this a very insignificant finding. ? Am I worrying too much Pls reply respected dr I'm very scared Should I just leave it I think my ent did not find it important Pls guide me

I had a fish bone stuck in throat. I tried all options and though I feel it has gone down to stomach but it has scratched my throat. I feel occasional pain in throat while swallowing. Should I use antiseptic gargle / salt water to ease the pain? Solicit your advice.

Dear sir/Madam,kindly suggest safe & effective decongestant that can be used daily for blocked nose other than steroid spray,I am suffering from allergy rhinitis and taking montek lc 1 tablet daily.

I am having ear itching during brushing my teeth in morning. After brushing I can feel itching in my ear. I have a  Right tooth decay at the same side of ear where I am having itching. What may be the possible complications. Kindly advice.
