Block in throat,difficulty in exhaling

Recovering from Covid-19, in a verbal debate, I happened to shout and yell and scream in a voice, louder than loud beyond normal limits. (As such I speak in a high tone with my aged father usually. He has a poor sensation of hearing). There was a stabbing sensation in chest, and rupture like sensation in the throat accompanied by phlegm cells depositing. In the aftermath, I'm feeling blockage in the throat, and as if my larynx has moved from its original place or got dislocated. I also feel difficulty in breathing, and have been managing it with effort as compared to free and effortless breathing from my birth till this incident. This happened on 04.06.2021, Friday afternoon. Please help me get back to my former state of normalcy.

Dry cough for more than 3 weeks.

I am Aditya Wadkar, i am 29 years old. From Thane, Manpada. I am having dry cough from past 3 weeks. No fever, no cold, no running nose. Just dry cough. My family doctor had suggested me these medicines: 1. T. Ventidox M (5 days after BF and D.) 2. C. Pulmoclear (5 days after D) 3. Syrup. Digecaine (5days 10ml after L and D.) He also asked me to get HR CT chest dignosis which has come normal. the results are attached. But nothing seems to work. The coughing is persistent and it pains in chest when i cough. My doc. Suggested me to get an opinion of ent specialist. I have this dry cough problem since childhood. Every 2 or 3 years i get dry cough that lasts more than 3 to 4 weeks. Every time doctors suggest me different medicines but nothing works and eventually the coughing stops after 3 to 4 weeks on its own. Please help.

Post Covid Nasal Congestion

Dear doctor, my father has recovered from covid 19 after staying in hospital on oxygen and steroids for 13 days. After discharge he's experienced nasal congestion which he's able to clear during steaming. The far vision has also lessened a bit but not continuously dropping. The steroids were tapered after discharge and last dose was on 31st May. He's still continuing with Clopivas AP 75mg OD for 2 more days. My main concern is if its a symptom of Mucormycosis and if it needs urgent attention. He's not experiencing any other symptoms of Mucormycosis except nasal congestion, nasal discharge is white in color, referring to advisory released by ICMR. Kindly suggest what step should be taken. Ddimer and CRP were done yesterday. Ddimer is 0.31 and CRP is 3.42

CT PNS Normal

My brother was covid positive 45 days ago. He had itching and nose blockage and he consulted ENT Specialist and did endoscopy and told there is no case of Black Fungus and also he suggested to get CT PNS done which also came normal. I just want to ask do we need to repeat any further tests just to rule out Black Fungus case? Once CT PNS and Endoscopy is normal do we need to repeate..? Can Black fungus cause after 45 days of covid infection.
