Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have a irritation in throat for 2 days. Irritation lis like some uneasiness felt when we inhale dust. It is not pain.I do not have any pain while swallowing. I think it's because of continuous exposure to AC air

While talking heavy voice is coming from last 1 month sometimes it get better but some times it more heavy when i shout or speak

How common it is to have 7th nerve facial nerve little weakness when you have inner ear cochlear nerve weakness too? I mean most of the people who do have cochlear nerve weakness will have the adjacent nerve little affected..?

Dear Sir / Madam, M getting this left ear pain from last two Months, went ENT Doc he said there is swelling in side my ear n prescribed me tab. CefpoClva twice a day, tab, Paracetamol + Aceclofenac twice a day, Levicet once a day, n ear drop. There was almost no pain till I complete my course, n aft two days I got pain again n went Different ENT Doc as previous Doc wasn't available, New Doc checked my both ears n said there is no problem in ear, N said that my throat is lil more red than it should be, I said Madam that I had a habit of Chewing Gutkha which left 3 months ago, n requested her to look in to my throat, She did Endoscopy (Reports are attached) n prescribed some medicine n drops, (Tab. Rebagine thrice a day, Syr Diovol LA, and Tab Hifolate once a day). There was no pain fro few days but again started from 3 days. When I google my Symyoms it says cancer Sometime.. I really worried. Plz suggest what to do next.

I am prone to cold and that causes infection in my throats feeling mucus is stuck at my throat My nose is also block. Causing trouble in speaking

I have sharp pain in my both cheeks for 5 days and minor headache sometimes. What should I apply to my face?

My wife has sores on both the sides of tongue. She is getting mouth and tongue sores very often. It will last for a week and will heal slowly. But after one or two weeks, she is getting that again. Please note that she is a lactating mother.

I am having throat pain & fever from last 4 days specially it increase in night & during wake up time some time due to pain I feel pain in ears as well. Correct 90 days ( 15th May ) back I got negative covid 19 report. On 13th I had chilled Lassi 2 glass & chilled water since then fever is coming & it seems like some thing is struck in my neck when I swallow something it pains rest I don't have cough or running nose.
