Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am having a uneasiness in ear for about a year, If I try to clear that sometimes some white coloured mucus comes from mouth and sometimes it does not. What should I do for this...It will be helpful for me to come out of this issue doctors!!

Last February when I went Shimla and came back to my native in Odisha, I developed severe cough which lasted around a month. I had a pft done 2 months back which showed slight airway obstruction, which my pulmonologist said early indications for asthma but it has not developed yet. So what do I do to travel to colder areas and prevent this cough? I do take foracort 200 during season change as prescribed by doctor. I have to travel to canada and return in 10 days, it's a cold country and I am worried if the same will happen. Please advise
