Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I feel dry sticky and rough tongue problem from 1.5 year. My problem increase after use kenocart, orasip and other mouth gel i used many mouth wash. Every Doctor give me multivitamin and antiacid but i have no relief. Tongue sahpe size are normal no pain no swaling. Plz hlp me

I have mild pain for atleast 2.5 months.. i have been to 2 different ENT. Did videoscopy nothing found..had priscribed medicine but no help..my right side nose remains blocked most of the time.. feel pain in throat in right side and in one specific location down throat. Please tell me what should i do now.. what tests i should take? Is there something serious?

I have sore throat from few days I consult a doctor who gave me medicines Ceemox CV 625/ Vitamin B Complex/ Cough Syrup/ NICI tablet/ Allergy tablet. And ask me to take medicines for 3 days. I follow the same but nothing happens it's continuously paining, my nose is blocked I even cannot inhale through my nose. I used my mouth only. Please suggest me something atleast my nostrils are going to open. I can't swallowing food. Can't able to take water.please suggest me something. I attached the picture hope you can able to see it

Dear sir, I have got a white spot looking like pimple In my tongue. Usually I get redness in tip of tongue often. Doctor says due to acidity I have. This white spot in tongue now I have is pianless .

I had little pain in ear which subsided few days back. But today my ear is blocked. My right ear is blocked and left ear is slightly blocked. I think some water went in my ear during bathing.
