Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Having sore throat and fever from 5 days. Took dolo 650 mg daily. Still fever is there 100 F. I have azithromycin 500 azicip tablets. Can i take them?

We got prescriptions for my wife from Dr Anuj Shah. The problem of sore throat still persists but the app does not allow me to have another round of consultation with him. Why? This is absolutely wrong. We can't have multiple doctors for the same problem. Please assist. We have been trying for three days to get in touch with him but the app gives the prompt you can consult with him right now every time. Please assist urgently

8 years ago my immune got hyperactive due to a drug resistant infection. and i was bedridden for 1 year. My eosinophils level were highly elevated - 40% during that period. My left neck was swollen for long time, and i developed tinnitus in my left ear. Now doctors referring me to a psychiatrist. And psychiatrist doing their business, i changed many psychiatrist, but found same mentality of all. No antibiotics working. Somehow immunosuppressant works but temporary.
