Chronic Granular Pharyngitis

Asked for Male, 22 Years

Can granular pharyngitis causes lymph node enlarge whole body parts example :- both neck, armpit,chest, abdomen,legs,arms etc Please answer quickly. I have been suffering chronic Granular pharyngitis since 20jan 2020 1.5 year 😭 Lymph node enlarge armpit,chest,leg,arm, both neck also leg and hand tightness feeling please help me dr tell no tension its chronic Granular pharyngitis
