I am 28 year old female. I am hearing mild whistle sound while exhaling in sleeping position. Is it of any concern?

I have recurring allergies and along with it comes runny nose and blocked nose. What follows is loss of smell and some bad Smell coming from my nose. It is serious? I have been taking montair LC for 5 days. But this makes the mucus thick and hard to drain. Smell doesn't come back unless I am on steroid medication. I have been doing nasal rinse daily and using steroid spray - furamist. Is there any other way to stop this? I want my smell back without having steroids. Please help.

Respected sir/madam My cousin is being affected by some thyroid problem. We have gone under treatment and have done ultrasonic and FNAC test. The results shown us having multinodular goitre. Hereby I am attaching the reports and scanning of the throat reports. Please suggest me about the medicines of what we should continue.
