Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Please confirm to me ( Temporomandibular disorder (TMD). Who will treat this disease mean please tell which specialty treat this disease confirm to with full dgree of Dr And ( Have below tounge tingling and left side cheeck pain and goes to ear left side and one shoulder also near neck area left side ) Slowly increase pain and peek high goes head also so this is a symton of TMD or other have problems last 1.5 yeas now increase or other disease

Sinus and post nasal drip its have create throat infection, tonsils infection and itching on throat.

Since past 6months I have been waking up with dry mouth and dry throat, after brushing and drinking lots of water it gets okay but why is this happening. Also sometimes my throat hurts especially below the Adam's apple. Is this something to worry?

I have frequent eye pain in right eye. Its feels like its coming from deep eye. Vsisited opthamalogist multiples times.. And gives eye drops and says no problem may be dry eyes. She also said Its not from eyes. I have also noticed i get this eye pain.. After some episodes of sneezing.
