THROAT PAIN
Suffering from frequent throat pains and it is burning while eating and pain when swallowing... And i have one side of nose will block when sleep, snoring and white small bumps on back of throat.. I have attached pics of throat plz give me guidance

This looks like acute tonsillitis and pharyngitis ... Plz do warm saline gargles , avoid hot and spicy meals and sour food like curd etc ..  take plenty of water, if not getting relieved then please consult an ent specialist

This looks like gerd with tonsillitis. Avoid spicy and citrus foods. You can do Betadine gargles twice a day for few days. Connect online.

You are suffering from Acute Tonsillitis, which needs proper consulting and antibiotics. It can turn into abscess or affect heart if not treated properly. Please search Rheumatic heart disease and Peri Tonsillar abscess.
