Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi, I have small bumps at corner side of my tongue. Sometimes i have same side throat mild priking/pain. Picture attached.

Can I take azythromycine 500mg and ceterizine 10mg  together for sore throat and cold (runny nose) treatment?

My son has got a swelling in his left side ear after being hit forcefully. What can I do to cure it ? Is it severe are not ?

I am having teeth impression on my tongue for last 40 days. Also I have sensation as if my tongue is burnt with some hot food. No pain I got preventive health checkup done in Feb'21 and I came to know that my thyroid was at the higher end TSH 6.6 also serum uric acid was slightly higher 7.4. Doctor advised me for thyronorm 25 mcg for 6 months and omega 3 capsules for 2 months and to again get thyroid profile done after 6 months. For last 6 months I was under extreme stress for the treatment of my father's tongue cancer and for 2/3 months my diet was also improper. Is the problem I am facing because of the 3 reasons I mentioned 1. Thyroid 2. Stress 3. Improper Nutrition Please advise what should I do to get relieved from the tongue issue.

Today I went to doctor he prescribed me for Clavam 625 / Nici tablets/ cough syrup/ vitamin B Complex and One tablet for allergy. Three days ago he prescribed me Ceemox CV 625 Duo and the rest medicines and syrups. And ask me to take for 3 days first. I completed the three days course but nothing happens. My throat is paining so much, there are some cuts on my tongue and I am unable to breathe as my nostrils are totally blocked I can't even inhale and swallow anything. He also asked to take these new medicine for another 5 days. Please suggest me what I do. I used otrivin and Nasivion but nothing happens. How many days it's requires to cure me through these medicines.

For the past 3 months, I'm having disrupted sleep and i have bitter taste in my mouth when I wake up. What it could be?

I snore a lot and it's very loud.I feel it started affecting my throat also.Is there a medication or any remidise to stop snoring .

My brother , age 19 , is having very painfuly sores on uluva , lips and on the upper area of mouth. We have tried medicines like orasep LA , candid mouth pant, zenflox oz , derolac , bicosul z and even used home remedies like honey , milk and ghee etc but there is no sign of improvement instead its getting more painful he haven't had food or water from last 3 days and sores or increasing even after the medication. Please help ASAP

I have a DNS and feel uneasiness once in 15 days on an average with no cold  , I take nasivion and I get relief. Had xray on a regular day and it shows patchy radio opacities in bilaterial maxillary sinuses and mild soft tissue hypertrophy over bilateral inferior nasal turbinates. Will fess and Septoplasty help in curing them permanently , this is something happening from long time?

Hello doc, Last year I use to give my daughter now (10 yrs old ) flomist nasal spray 1 puff for each nose once in a day which was prescribed by doc aftr doing her nose endoscopy, it was done due to frequent ear ache and cold. It had helped her to a great extent. Now again due to this weather of Bangalore, she is frequently catching cold and sneeze continuously, so can I start giving her flomist nasal spray for next few months, as due to this pandemic I am not able to visit doc. So it would be a great help if you can suggest me also can i give her flu vaccine. It's my humble request to please suggest me what to do, waiting for your response. Thanks in advance🙏
