Enlarged lymph nodes in submandibular
Doctor please see my attached report. Is this serious something? I have taken antibiotics but still I feel pain in right side submandibular region just below the jaw .. and discomfort also. Any suggestions?

Sir plz elaborate the history ... Since how long have u aur these symptoms and is there any associated fever , cough etc ..even if lymphadenitis is there this may require a clinical examination

You need  a proper antibiotic course and an Fnac if it does not subside.

You need to take correct Antibiotics for at least 1 week or more for infection to resolve. The lymph nodes can be enlarged due to many reason, better get an Ultrasound guided FNAC test to make sure nothing is missed.
