Pain and swelling on Right side jaw

Hello, I am suffered from pain and swelling on right side jaw, near the ear since two days.It is increase when lying. No pain in ear and tooth. Plz suggest its infection or some other problem and how to overcome this problem.

Pain in the jaw which is increased on jaw movements can be sign of Jaw joint problem. Avoid chewing hard foods on that side, hot fomenting by cloth dipped in warm water and Paracetamol 500mg can help.
