Bitter taste comes after eating
Dear doctor i have stomach issuses belching and growling most of time...past one week i have bitter metalic taste on mouth after eatm.mistly at evening...what really problem ...my tongue is yellowish and burning throat...my urine normal and stool colour is yellow

it seems to be gastric irritation sir, plz use tab pan 40mg daily once halfnhr before breakfast for 10 days and do warm water gargles after each meal.... plz drink lot of water...

Tongue is coated, do you have fever? are you taking any medication like Tetracycline? Are you having Jaundice? Check the white part of the eyes in daylight. Could be Hepatitis or Typhoid
