Breakfast:2 eggs boiled, oats granola with milk and a fruit
Lunch : quinoa with black beans spinach soy chunks corn mushroom
Dinner: jowar rice with curry or fruits
workout: 15 mins jog ,15 mins brisk walk and 30 mins yoga
Office hours: 7 hours work before computer
Sleeptime: 11-5:30(6.5hours)
Feeling tired and sleepy all through the day . Is the diet balanced enough?
