Becoming slim means reducing fat or reducing muscles??
I wanted to know because I am IT professional and I used to sit 8 hrs per day in front of laptop and I saw increase in my weight in lower part of body.I don't know why it is?is it because of fat or some.other problem?

Regarding thyroid medicine.
I have thyroid from last 6 yrs and I was having 50mg thyronorm tab starting now from last 2 yrs increase to 75 mg. Face getting unusually fat
Used to dance once a week and legs etc were very fit, no "soft". Quit dance about 3 yrs ago, started noticing legs going soft about 1.5 yrs ago. However, overall body is still very skinny since I'm a picky eater and mostly eat veggie foods-chicken once or twice a month. Mostly eat fish and other foods. But noticed that face used to be so firm but now it's so fat and so much chin fat even though body is skinny. I eat a medium-large plate rice daily once. No longer exercise except for brief walks. Please help. Will riding a bike help to lose face fat? What else to do?? Losing face shape,color etc. Blood tests normal. Weight normal 53 kg-5'6 tall. Thanks. I really need a proper solution for this-specific. Thank you
