I am 19-year-old skinny man. I have pectus excavatum that is like a hole in my chest and I am underweight. I did an x-ray and cardiography and doctor said there is no healthy issue in my heart and lungs, but I am looking for a solution to pectus excavatum because my weight is still constant and I feel embarrassed infront of people.

I have the habit of drinking Normal tea( milk tea) morning and evening. Can you tell me an ideal time to have tea. From last one month iam also having green tea at 12:00pm. And evening iam eating some nuts at 5:00 pm.is it ok to have milk tea right breakfast. What time gap should I maintain between nuts and milk tea in the evening. Please tell me ideal time.

Hi, I have postponed my period by taking Primolut N for 3 days. I want to start GM diet (2 days after I stopped taking tablets, I didn't get my period yet). Is it okay to start the diet? Thanks
