Keto diet is high fat low carbs diet. It is basically a 4 week plan and one can be on keto diet for maximum 3 months not more than that. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

Hello, We will be prescrib ing which is healthy for you. See, these fancy diet are not good for anybody. These ( keto / pakro diet) have many side effects Headache Irregular period Fatigue Dizziness Loss of confidence Low carbs flex Body pain Osteoporosis Vitamin and minerals deficiency High cholesterol And many. That is why being a dietician ,we won't recommend these diet to any body.
