Lower belly fat
I'm 24 y/o female , unmarried, apple shaped, and following a healthy diet. I've been working out religiously for a a year and lost more than 10 kg but the fat from my belly, sides and back is still there. My lower body and arms are well toned and my upper body doesn't match with it. I do abs, cardio and HIIT workouts. Height-5'4, Weight-50
