Avoid ready food containing sugar, oil & maida. Eat more natural food. Go one day in a week only on fruits for breakfast, salad/ sprouts for lunch and soup for dinner. Increase it to 2 days in a week after some time.

What's your height and weight? Stop eating outside foods and packets foods junkfoods etc. Drink water 16glasses daily Take high fibre diet n low fat n carbohydrates diet plan and do exercises Early dinner Eat in small quantity Eat less and exercise more
