Don't use any supplements for weight loss. For reducing weight follow three main things like healthy diet,exercise and walk early morning and evening. Take high fibre food in ur diet.add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet.add planty of water.avoid oily and fried food.

Hello Tarun. Fat burners are not a good option at all. They are unhealthy. You are quite young it may affect your metabolism rate. cardio exercise will help you to reduce fast followed by moderate protein rich meal and low fat diet. If you want to reduce excess fat than better to get your constitution done and go accordingly for specific diet pattern.
