Child Health Issues

Hello doctors My twins are 5.5 month old now.Born at 32 weeks with weight 1.75kg (boy) and 1.5 kg(girl) .now they are 6.2kg and 5.3 kg in weight resp.is their current weight gain is healthy weight gain.? Or need some improvements? They are totally on formula feed.

My son has taken 8 days nebulizer & medicine for cough ..Reports show he doesn't have malaria dengue but fever 101.7 is coming in every 8-12 hours and I m giving him ibugesic plus as prescribed since 14 days continuously..is it safe ?is there any other tests I should remove ..cough is very minimal now

Hello doctor, My son's age is 3.6 years, weight: 13.1 kg. Gave ibuprofen junior 5 mL today evening at 6:30 (temp 102) after consulting pediatrician. As per doctor suggestion need to give next dosage after 6 hrs but temp not decreasing from 102 to 100 and it went upto 103.6 and we got afraid it may reach to 104 temperature and gave ibuprofen 1 hr before the time means we gave syrup with 5 hrs time gap. Is it fine doctor? Please suggest. Thank you.

Hi doctors I have a 3 month old baby whom I breastfeed i had c section and i totally forgot to take iron & calcium tablets from last 1 month now am feeling lot of muscle pains in body especially legs and hands since am vegetarian am not able to take protein rich food Can I take threptin biscuits during breastfeeding is it safe ? My 20 day old baby getting a lot of stratle or moro reflex while asleep on the bed and wakes up crying post that by stretching his body. No reflex if we hold him on the lap. We are trying to swaddle him and that seems to be helping a bit in increasing the sleep duration. Is this normal?

Hi Doctor's, I am seeing two issues with my 3.5 months old son, kindly suggest if below issues are concerning: 1. He is spitting milk 2-3 times a day, sometimes the amount is little large and this is happening even after 1 hr of feeding. 2. Sometimes his stool has a black spot, little gray/blackish stool (once in 2 days). He is mostly on aptamil gold stage 1.

My 9 month old is having fever from yesterday..as prescribed by doctor I gave her 3 dose of dolo 250 2.5ml..bt now as the temperature increased to 102.2 gave her Ibugesic 2.5 mL...after 8 hrs of gap should I continue with giving ibugesic even if de temp is below 102 or continue with dolo till fever reduces... Wt are de safe days for paracetamol to be given?? Thank you...

How safe Is paracetamol calpol to give to child id the fever is not down from past 1week, or should I continue if the fever id down by 7th day
