My 1 month old baby is on combination feeding from day 1 as my baby was born via c section. There wasnt milk supply until 3 days and then i had inverted nipples so it was very difficult to latch the baby. I started using nipple shield to breastfeed my baby and starting pumping and providing him milk and also started feeding similac plus from day 5. Today he is 1 month and 5 days old, im still expressmilk and giving similac plus but yesterday i saw some red strains in poop. Only 1 episode for now. The next poop was yellow but little slippery. I have less supply, so baby is fussy and still hungry after feeds so i am using lactare powder everyday 2 times a day . I am concerned about my baby and he makes weird sounds in the night and sometimes in the day. Feels like he is constipated or in pain but he does it when asleep. My question is," is formula feed okay?" Im feeling hopeless and so worried. I doing all things, eating dalia daily, pumping milk and also latching baby. Please advice

Hi , I appreciate all the feedback and help this group could give. I have an exclusively breastfed reflux baby, 8 months old now (pediatriciandiagnosed him with GErd), and he keeps looking to feed every hour on average. He has started taking solids as well 2 months now. But since he keeps looking for milk, I am never sure if he is really hungry or not. He has also developed a habit of feeding to sleep during the day.   Can someone guide me on how to know if the baby is really hungry or just looking for comfort feeding. Also how to manage this feeding schedule with work. I am asking as I have resumed work, and it is becoming difficult to manage on demand feeding during day time. He has started teething as well it seems.

My five weeks old baby is not having pop since last three days and having little congestion and sounds while breathing in sleep is everything okay

Hello doctors i have a 6 month old baby whom I breastfeed like 30% & she is on solids . I am constipated severely & haven't passed motion since 6 days can i take dulcoflex 5 mg tablet one dose for it ? Will it pass to breast milk and harm baby ? The tablets active material is Bisacodyl Will this substance harm baby ?

My baby is 2 months old and her feeding capacity is as same as like 1 month and she don't want to take more, although everything is normal and her weight is also increasing in 100-150 gm in one week but doctor is saying that she should increase more weight like 200-250 gm in one week. Is it normal or something to worry?

My son completed 1.5 years. But he is not responding to his name, and not yet started walking independently. Other than that he makes eye contact, plays will all toys, arrange ring toys correctly, put some shapes sorter correctly. Understands, water, train, come, cow, dog, and few more. And blabbers . Says amma only clearly. We are deeply worried and has cut screentime completely for the past 15 days. Earlier he used to watch miss rachel lot. Is this normal or need assessment?

Baby is 45 days old. I am attaching pic. Morning I have seen white liquid coming out of cord. Baby is having good feed and sleep. Any problem? Please help.
