Child Health Issues

Reddish dots on my four year old son tongue since two days. He keeps saying pain. Please tell me what to do.

My Baby girl was born 24 June with Birth weight: 2.85 kg, she then developed physiological jaundice and lost some weight Here is the weight chart that we measured. She is completely on breast fed • Lowest weight (around day 9): 2.65 kg • 24 July (1 month): 3.165 kg • 30 July: 3.225 kg • 31 July: 3.360 kg 9th Aug weight 3.475 kg 15th Aug 3.6 Kg Is it concerning as baby is not taking formula milk

My daughter is 5 .4 years and she is having fever since yesterday and we are giving calpol every 6hours and it seems to be influenza and now I called my pediatrician and asked as influenza is spreading she said not to give ibugesic plus even though temp is 102. And she is having shivering but now no and we also gave fizium 1/2 tablet. Slightly worried and tensed

Hello Doctor, My son is 5 months old, suddenly he sleeps only for 20-30 mins during daytime and evening ,he wakes up every time before pee then do not sleep, at night he also wakes up at every 1-1.5hours for the last 4-5 days, before he sleeps very well during day and night.Is their any problem? How can I solve this problem? Please help

My baby is a preterm baby born at 33 w + 4 days. She turned 3 months today ( not corrected age ). She is smiling towards me, making sounds, cooing but She is not turning towards sound. I tried with rattle, she is blinking eyes but not turning. She is always busy seeing the ceiling fan, light. Not playing with toys or baby gym. Please suggest is this fine or is that a development issue?
