Child Health Issues

Hello, my baby is 17 months old past one week he is not well cough cold and there is fever for atleast 3 to 4 days . And he is not eating at all atleast one week only on breastfeed . Past 2 days he is eating and recover but we noticed little bit of blood in stool from past 2 days . Should I worried?? Or wait.  I attached a photo of his stool .

I see small pimples on the left hand fingers. Currently only on fingers. Could you please suggest what might have caused these?
