Vomit after feed
I’m a bit confused and honestly a little worried. My baby is just 1 month old (around 3.5 kg), and he is vomiting a lot after feeds. Because of that, the doctor has given quite a few medicines. Here’s what I’ve been told to give (all 0.5 ml each): • Motinorm (for vomiting) – 2 times daily • Colicaid (for gas/colic) – 3 times daily before feed • Taxone (antibiotic) – 2 times daily • Zymosaf (for digestion) – 3 times daily after feed • Along with that: Vitamin D3 800IU, Astymin-C, AquaOmega and A to Z multivitamin once daily It feels like a lot of medicines for such a small baby, so I’m a bit confused whether this is all necessary or not. Since the main issue is vomiting after feeding, I just want to be sure I’m doing the right Birth weight was 2750 gm and current weight is 3500 gm. The vomiting is mostly curdy (curd-like) milk, sometimes pure milk. Also, if medicine is given recently, he vomits milk along with the medicine. Please see attachments Prescription attached

This could  be GER (Gastro esophageal reflex) 1. So you need to do proper burping for  atleast 15mins after feeding 2. Keep the baby head and shoulder little elevated while sleeping atleast 30° height

Hi good evening, Can I get the details whether the child was born preterm or term ? Why was antibiotics started did the neonate have and fever or other issues? How many times are you feeding and how many times he vomiting?
Next Steps
1. just stop the colicaid, continue vomiting and antibiotic for 2 days and reases and stop 2. just give vitamin d3 that is more than enough

Most likely it's regurgitation of feeds. It is in most cases physiological . Can last up to 2-4 months of age. Give Motinorm drops 0.1ml thrice a day for 2 days before feed.(10-20 minutes before). Vitamin d is mandatory till 1yr of age. Colicaid can be given when the baby is very cranky/irritable/crying a lot.
Health Tips
Burping after every feed for at least 15-20 minutes will help
