We had  given paracetamol 250mg/5ml Suspension 4ml each time to my 2.5 year old baby with 13 kg weight at yesterday night 9 PM then 2 AM then 8 AM then 2 PM and now at 8PM. As before lapses of 24 hour we have given 5th dosage , is there any problem. We are bit worried as in bottle written 4 times maximum in 24 hour. We given 5 times within 24 hour. Kindly help with your valuable suggestion in this regard. Thank you.
