Child Health Issues

My 6 year old daughter is having stomach pain in the middle area and after passing stool feeling relief from pain. The stool texture is normal. And after a few hours again saying to pass stool with mild pain in her stomach  but the stool is not coming. This situation repeats in every few hours. What is the cause of this problem.

Dear Doctor, I would like to seek your advice regarding my daughter’s health. • Age: 3.5 years • Weight: 12 kg • Appetite: She has very low appetite, is not feeling hungry, and refuses to eat regular food or fruits. • Stomach discomfort: She sometimes complains of stomach pain, especially in the morning after waking up. • Other symptoms: I have noticed small white thread-like eggs/worms around her anus, and she frequently experiences itching in that area. Kindly advise on the next steps or treatment.

My 3 month old baby likes to be held in upright position in my shoulder. She enjoys looking around and watch surroundings with her head up when I hold her like it l. She cries when I hold her in my arms. Is safe to hold her upright in shoulders at this age? Does it put much pressure on spine?

Fever from last night (102F) , I gave him 4ml of Dolopar-250 last night. Biotex-O 100 and Dolopar 250 are available. Kindly advice me as soon as possible Sir/Madam

Hearing grrr grrr sounds for a month now... feels congestion from nose to throat..  his chest is clear(doctor said) hearing it more while breastfeeding him and sleeping.. while sleeping , he is breathing with mouth and snoring sound is also there. All of this started on September 11th with cough and cold with this nasal block .. he got viral fever after that instance which lasted for a week. After viral fever gone again he got cold and cough .. runny nose mainly.. This nasal congestion is there since that time.. it came down a bit but again increased.. now cough cold is gone but still that congestion is there.. Medication: as prescribed by pediatrician we gave mucolite drops - 0.5 ml for 5 days and montair LC 2.5 ml for 5 days .. in the first instance.. Second instance: same repeated for another 5 days .. .yesterday again due to this congestion met another pediatrician who asked us to start with monzet 4 ml for 10-15 days and mucolite 1 ml twice daily for 3 days. is it safe to give?

My daughter is 6yrs old and she has taken antibiotics (oflaxacin-100mg) for 7 days 2 times a day. Her last dose ended in 29th of Aug 2025. However since past 5 days I have been noticing a severe hair fall in her was that because of the heavy dose if antibiotics she used?

Sir/madam my child has suffered from typhoid and urine infection simultaneously after recovery he often complain of being nauseaous after some time he plays normally and yesterday he had headache also can u please suggest something

My daughter had faced shoulder dyco stia at delievery time and her right hand was affected.with help of exercise she recovered partially. According to MRI scan,her c8 nerve has complete avulsion and others nerves has also damaged.We are fully confused about the further treatment She is 6 months old .Please give us consultation about the next step.

When my baby was born she was diagnosed with gerd in nicu. Was put on domstal. Now she is 8 weeks and her issue is she never puked after feed ( immediately or aftwr few hours ) She pukes or forcefully spits immediately after feed is started. She vomits once and vomit is sticky and has bubbles ( stomach acid) Sometimes this happens only once and afterward she takes whole feed and never purkes . Whatever puking is happening during feeding ( mostly when feeding is started then only forceful spit up happens ) She becomes restless . No vomit after feeding Why is this happening?? Pyrolic stenosis already ruled out.
