Hello
Your child can be having developmental problem
Next Steps
If you are concerned please visit a psychologist for assessment and development Pediatrician
Health Tips
Create a routine healthy play and nutrition foods and sleep not deals that calm child by giving sugar candy and drink and processed food , reduce screen time
Your child’s symptoms (speech delay with grammatical errors, difficulty sitting in one place, anger issues, and problems with writing) suggest a developmental and behavioral concern that needs proper evaluation rather than home treatment alone. This could be related to speech-language delay, attention-related issues (like ADHD), or behavioral regulation difficulty, and early intervention is very important.
At this stage, you should get a detailed developmental assessment done by a pediatrician, preferably a developmental pediatrician, along with hearing evaluation and speech-language assessment. Many children who can speak but have poor grammar and difficulty expressing properly benefit significantly from speech therapy and behavioral therapy (occupational therapy if needed).
At home, maintain a structured routine, limit screen time, encourage interactive talking, storytelling, reading books, and give positive reinforcement instead of punishment (avoid slapping, as it can worsen anger and behavior issues). For school-related difficulty (not writing, poor sitting), structured activities and short-task learning help.
There is no OTC medication recommended for this condition. Some medicines may be required if ADHD or other conditions are diagnosed, but those should be started only after pediatrician advice.
Early identification and therapy can significantly improve outcomes, so do not delay consultation.
