Child Health Issues

My daughter 4 years old and she is having fever since yesterday and went for pediatrician today and he said it is viral fever and it will be there for 3 days and he ask us to give dolo 250ml syrup for 4times a day for 3 days and still if it not reduce then give augumentin for 7days. And ask her to drink plenty of water and fluids. I am so tensed as fever us coming and going. Is this treatment ok. As I am so tensed.

Our baby girl is almost six months aged. On the first week of April, she first started to cooing and continued to do so. But she is not sounding, except crying, for the last 12 days. She is continuously spitting and protruding her tongue. Is this normal? As parents, what should we do?

Hi doctor, My 6-month-old baby shivers whenever he is excited, sees a new toy, familiar faces or before shouting , screaming or playing on his own and thinking of something to express his emotions. Is it a normal behaviour? He is already on calcium and vit D drops. Is it common in babies ? Please suggest.
