Child Health Issues

Hello my baby is 2.5 years old  her height is 80cm which is less as per WHO. Her birth height  54cm  and weight was 3.2kg. She has gained only 2 cms I last one year.

My baby is 2 years 7 months, in the afternoon after lunch she has rashes near the eyes. I feed brown rice with multi grain khichdi and bitter guard fry. The rashes disappeared after a while. Now again the rashes appeared after dinner.. near the eyes and on the shoulder. It is the regular diet I feed my baby. She ate a bitter guard fry after a long time and I avoided it at dinner. She is also having constipation and she poops once in 3 days. Today she pooped in the morning after struggling for 30 mins. Please suggest any medication for now.

My nephew is having vomiting after having any meal and even water since yesterday , what can be the reason and possible solution as he is not even holding ORS water , whatever he is eating or drinking he vomits . Please suggest

Hello Doctors, A 1 inch swollen lump has been there on the left neck near the left ear of my daughter who is 2.5 years of age. There is no pain or uneasy feeling due to it. I am attaching here with a picture of it. Is it need to worry ? Can it be treated by homeopathy? Thanks in advance 🙏

My 6 month old daughter has more than 3 poop in a day it seems her stomach is upset, want to start her semi solid food, please advise what should we give which is ok for her stomach as her stomach is upset . Earlier giving her aptamil.

Hi, My 6 yr old son (Weight 20 kgs) is having a fever from yesterday. He has a runny nose and complaining throat and ear pain when swallowing. Fever is varying from 100 - 103. He is active after giving P250. Can you please suggest medication for the above? Please let me know how much time I can wait before consulting a pediatrician. I have levolin and Ascoril d jr. at home. Can I use them, if so can you please prescribe the dosage?

My 5 yo son has a running fever since Monday ( today is the third day). He had no other symptoms till yesterday so we consulted a doctor who said he has a viral fever and prescribed Calpol 250 mg syrup SOS but since today morning he has had 2 lose motions with one vomiting in the evening. Also the temperature has risen to 103°F now. Should I consult again or this may be a symptom of viral fever only.

My sister gave milk of cow 2 days but girl is nearest closest to 6 months So he again gave her lactogen 1 but sudden all milk come out from mouth She looks like sad etc so plzzz wt to do now
