Hi My son is 6 months old. Shall I give naatu sakarai(country sugar) with idly to feed him. Please suggest me

I have a 2 months old, and we didn't check her blood, no doctor has suggested us, can she has a thyroid? She is active, has so much hair, takes good feeding, at birth she is 2.8kg now her weight is 3.9kg. and if she has a thyroid we are too late to identify it or its normal to start treatment after 2 months?

My Baby 2 and half months old , had mucus and milk solids in his stools earlier. Now it looks paste like. Is this normal ? He was on z and d drops for 14 days as he had diarrhea. Now he passes stools on alternate days
