My daughter is 2 years, till now i was giving her nan pro 4. How to transition to full cream milk? Shall i dilute it or not and how much to give amd how many times? Will it cause constipation?

My daughter is 6 month old, having white patch on her back and diaper area. Earlier it was red now turned into white patch.

My baby is 2.5 months old. She had a diarrhoea a week back. Stool culture was done and the report came as normal. So probably it was due to the change in formula.(From aptamil gold to similac total comfort) However her stool is still a Lil watery and not completely thick and will have some mucus in it. Hi, My baby is 8 months old and she passing dark pebble like stools. I increased the water content and fiber food like carrots. Still she feels very uncomfortable while passing stools. She is passing poop thrice a day but very dark and pebble like stools. We tried giving lactolose solutions for 2 days after that we stopped. How much time would it take to improve this ? Do we need to worry about dark color stools. Please suggest.
