Fever will keep recurring till infection is there. For viral its take 4-7days to recover. Please consult your paediatrician for clinical examination and requirement of any further investigations.

Fever is basically our body's way of fighting infection. So it can be there for 3-5days in an infection.Better to reduce use of Meftal and give paracetamol alone.
Next Steps
Consult pediatrician for further examination and tailoring of medicines.
Health Tips
maintain good hydration- good oral intake of fluids.
