It's is not recommended in breast feeding instead you can paracetamol tablet

It the pain is unbearable, you can take it. Avoid medications while breastfeeding as much as possible. You can continue supplements like calcium, iron, vitamin D as advised by your doctor.
There no known side effects of these drugs on the baby but they excrete in the milk hence it is better to be avoided
