It is still not too late for initiation of breast feeding at 3 months, although it will be a bit challenging U will need a lactation nurse/expert to help you, and some supplements/medications to boost your milk supply
Next Steps
Consult for medicines and supplements, find a lactation nurse/expert near you, keep a positive outlook

Hi It's very challenging to start breastfeeding at 3-4 months of age. But it's never too late if you are determined to give breast milk. Just take an appointment with lactation consultant and they ll guide you how to proceed ahead with different latching positions and drip method to initiate lactation. Take some lactation supplements and a good protein diet. Avoid stress thinking about your milk output, will negatively affect the milk output.
Next Steps
Meet lactation consultant and start taking supplements along with high protein diet with no stress.
