Want to increase breast milk
Can I take lactare tab for breast milk production. Am feeding my 3 wks kid with breast milk nd formula. Using galact granules with milk but still no use.
I don't want to use formula but still no other go.

The two most important factors for good lactation are a good healthy balanced diet by you and regular suckling by the baby.
Give breastfeeds at a gap of atleast 2 to 2-1/2 hours,do NOT wake him up for feeds.
Feed on each breast for 5-10 mins,no more,followed IMMEDIATELY by to formula feed,don't give irregular feeds.
You can try cap lactare 2 caps thrice a day and tab perinorm twice a day for 15 days.
If it's effective,continue meds for 3 months,otherwise stop.
