Need help to know
My son is 1.5 years old. His all milestone are fine ,walk in 10 months,play understanding things,reponsive to things happening around speaks mummy papa nana nani dada and some usual ,does not cry much and not stubborn also in getting things done. Few concerns i see is short attention span i mean he will not stick to anything for more than 10 secs, we dont generally call in by his names on turn call in by nick names so he does not recognise his name .Also when we sing his rhymes he will sit and listen is there anything to worry please guide me i am in tensed mode also help me with some effective steps to make him more talking and wall
