My 10 year old son is complaining of pain in his penis. The pain is not consistent. It pains when he moves or some cloth touched his penis e.g. shorts. He is feeling uncomfortable. There is no rash scrach or pimple on the skin. We had given him half paracetamol but this did not help much. Can you please guide and help what should we do. We are trying to avoid hospital visits with the kid during covid times.

It is called priapism. Add ibuprofen 200 Mg tab three times after food. Elevate the penis by light fitting under garment. If not resolved do routine blood test .
