My baby girl is 3.5 months old. She is turning to her sides, but she has not started to fully roll over. Is this developmental delay ? At what age should the baby start to roll over?

Babies attain neck control by 3-5months.Rolling over usually follows once neck control is achieved( 5-6months of age).So you can wait and watch now.
