Child Health Issues

Hi, my doctor ask me to start solid foods for my twins( boy-7.8kg, girl-6.4kg) they just completed 5months we started 2 weeks back with rice porrige and ragi porridge. Now we started with apple along with that i m giving both breastmilk and formula milk(aptamil) . But for the past 2 days my babies poop was in (black color/dark green) and its very difficult for them to pass motion. Is this normal? Or do i need to change the solid? Can i give some vegetable and other fruits like banana for constipation

How much safe is 2hours air travel for a 2 months old baby? What precautions to follow to avoid discomfort to baby? Please suggest

Hi Doc... My Daughter is 15 months old She got her first tooth when she was 14 months old She isn't gaining proper weight also, currently she is 10kgs and not gaining weight.
